6 month stats

I took Sarah Douglas to her 6 mo check-up last week. Here are her stats:

weight: 15.6 lbs

height: 26 3/4 in.

head: 42 1/2 cm

She is currently eatitng Gerber Otmeal, fruit, and vegetables. She loves it all! She is sitting up by herself and loves to drink water from a sippy cup or my cup, but ends up spilling it all over herself. She is sleeping through the night (8pm-8am!!!) and she does not have any teeth yet; however, i think they will be in real soon.

Sarah Douglas is such a sweet, calm baby. Nothing ever seems to bother her and she just goes with the flow. We love her so much and are so blessed and thankful to have such a healthy baby.

New Swing

Sarah Douglas got a new swing! She loves it and we have so much fun spending time outside (when its not 100 degrees!). We are having a great summer and we will be going to Orange Beach next week. I cannot wait to take Sarah Douglas. I will post pictures when we return!

Swimming

We have been swimming twice so far this summer and Sarah Douglas absolutely LOVES it. We went for the first time with the Green's, Smith's, Kathleen and Grace. The second time we went swimming, my sister came with us. We had a wonderful time and can't wait for more trips to the pool. Here are a few pics! Hope you enjoy!

Sarah Douglas' Baptism

Sarah Douglas was baptized on Sunday June 7th at First Presbyterian Chruch in Greenwood. The service was beautiful and we had several family and friends who joined us for the special occasion. My parents hosted a lunch at their home for all our friends and family after church. We had a wonderful day and thank you to everyone who helped make this day so special for our family.

Well, i am officially on summer break- whoo hoo!!!! I am absolutely LOVING it! Sarah Douglas and i have been having so much fun so far. I keep her most of the day, but our babysitter is available whenever i need a little break. Here are a few pictures of our sweet baby girl. She is growing so fast! She will be 6 months on the 18th of this month.
